The myHitnews.com Top 25 Prospects ranking represents an opinion of the relative D-1 college football playing potential of each Nebrakskaathlete listed versus their peers. The rankings are based on the athlete’s actual current playing ability and projected ability, height, weight, position and speed.
Of course, there are some very good players who did not make our list–this time. There are also players appearing on our list who some may believe should be ranked higher, lower or not even ranked at all. Rest assured that the end-of-season rankings will be different and the final rankings will weigh heavily on who the colleges decide are the most worthy prospects by their actual scholarship offers.
