A photo image of Papillion-La Vista’s Kenzo Cottongraces the top of MHN’s 2013 Nebraska High Boys and Girls Track and Field Leadersboard. Last season—as a sophomore—Cotton broke the Nebraska 200 meter state record with a time of 22.31. He also ran the state’s fastest electronically-timed 100 meter ever recorded. Cotton returns to the oval in 2013 on a quest to establish new state record times in the 200 and 100 meter sprints.
Note: Early season leader times and marks will only be posted if they are reasonably comparative to historically established leader board times and marks. For example if the fastest 100 meter time to date is only 11.00 it will not be posted.
