2010 Nebraska High School Football Leaders Link
Going into October 15ths Friday night games, the 2010 Nebraska Class A high school football total rushing yards title seemed to be up for grabs. And with only one regular season game remaining–the final leader looked to be the player whose team went the furthest in the state playoffs.
Packed at the top of the hunt were Burke’s Jimmie Forsythe with 1,065 yards, whcih was merely six yards ahead of Creighton Preps Richard Wynne (1,059). Right on their tails were Papillion South QB Tim Holtmeyer and RB Dillon Loschen of Columbus with 1, 010 and 975 yards respectively. Although, Loschen, a 5-foot-10, 180lbs senior, dramatically changed the picture with the 352 yards on 55 carries that he picked up last night against Lincoln Northeast.
