Eric Leider dishes to 6' 2" Elijah Johnson, a 2009 5 star Kansas University commit and # 6 rated guard in US, for a leaping two-handed monster power dunk--filmed Johnson's junior year at Cheyenne HS in Las Vegas, NV during state tournament.
North Viking get real. I don’t see Moen-Davis beating Nichols in the 200. It’s just not her race. Don’t get me wrong, she is great. But Nichols is stonger overall in the sprints. The Vikings are loaded with a lot of talent on the girls and boys team. Yet I don’t think they will win the team titles at the state meet. And you can count on some surprises this year from other runners in the state.
You won’t see Moen-Davis beat Nichols because that’s not an event she will be competing in unless the occassion rises. You will see her in more jump events and the HH. She has a couple events she dominates in not just 1. North girls has state in the bag!
I don’t necessarily agree that the North girls have state in the bag. There are too many variables to consider here, but they for sure will be high among the favorites to be state champs. As for LaQue–man! That girl is off the charts! It will really be interesting to see what events she will compete in at the college level. She definitely has the talent to eventually become an Olympic team qualifier. Of course she will have to stay focused and healthy.
Quentin Urban, ATH, (5-10, 190) Millard South H.S. Class of 2011.
A First Team All-State performer as a LB, Urban was just as deadly on offense--accounting for 22 touchdowns for the 2009 Class A State Football Champion Millard South Patriots.
You might as well just put a bunch of Viking names up there right now.
